With an in-house refinisher and a trusted local reupholsterer, we can customize select pieces from our warehouse before they head to your home. Our own inventory keeps the workshop busy, but we can sometimes fit in smaller refinishing jobs. If you have a piece in mind, get in touch and we can discuss the work and likely timing.
If you spot a piece in our inventory that needs a different fabric or finish to work in your room, send us the item name or link and tell us what you have in mind. We’ll review the materials, scope, and current schedule, then let you know what’s possible. We can also prepare visual mockups of different fabric colors and patterns to help you compare options. These are illustrative previews, not photographs of completed upholstery.
Refinishing and reupholstery are quoted separately from the furniture purchase. Once approved and paid, these service charges are non-refundable. The work can take several weeks depending on the scope, materials, and our current schedule, so any completion date we give is an estimate.
For wood pieces, we may be able to adjust the finish so the item coordinates with furniture you already own. Clear, well-lit reference photos are required before we can evaluate a color match. Because wood species, age, existing finishes, lighting, and screen displays vary, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.
